Murrumbidgee Community Grant of the Year

This award recognises excellence in developing and delivering an activity or event funded by a Murrumbidgee Community Grant or Bushfire Recovery Grant. The recipient of this award will demonstrate how the event or activity supported the mental health and wellbeing of a drought or bushfire affected community.

Criteria:

How was the activity community-driven?
How did the activity deliver mental health and wellbeing benefits to individuals and promote community resilience?
How did the activity support stigma reduction and greater access to appropriate mental health and suicide prevention services?
How did the activity support the local community to meet the distinct needs of rural communities and promote longer-term resilience?
