Funding acknowledgment and project support guidelines

Information for subcontractors, commissioned service providers, grant recipients and project partners working with firsthealth Limited and Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network (MPHN).

Option 1. Funding acknowledgement incorporated logos

MPHN and firsthealth stacked logo with incorporated acknowledgement

Third parties contracted or commissioned by firsthealth Limited through MPHN must include a funding acknowledgement in all communications materials. Where space allows, use the following acknowledgement incorporated logos.

 

Important:

  • The logo must always be on a white background and at a size where the text is legible (if text is not legible, please use option two below).

  • The logo must not be distorted or stretched.

  • Reproduction of the logo in different colours is strictly prohibited. 

  • Where co-branding is permitted, other branding/logos must be no larger than the MPHN logo and should be positioned to the right of the MPHN logo.

Option 2. Funding acknowledgement without logos

Please use the below approved funding acknowledgements on materials where a logo is not appropriate.

Subcontractors, commissioned service providers and project partners:

  • This [activity/service] is supported by funding from firsthealth Limited and Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network through the Australian Government’s PHN program.

Murrumbidgee Community Grants recipients:

  • This [activity/event] is supported by firsthealth Limited and Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network Community Grants through the Australian Government’s PHN program.

In some instances activity material that contains health advice and is published or disseminated to the public and is produced with the grant funds or as part of the activity may need to include a disclaimer. For example:

  • While the Australian Government helped fund this document, it has not reviewed the content and is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage however arising from the use of or reliance on the information provided herein.

  • Although funding for this [website/mobile application] has been provided by the Australian Government, the material contained herein does not necessarily represent the views or policies of, nor is endorsed by, the Australian Government.

Approvals

All materials should be submitted to your portfolio manager and/or the MPHN communications team for prior approval before being printed, distributed or published.

This applies to printed / hard copy materials, as well as digital communications, e.g. website pages.
If your materials include TV or radio commercials, please submit these as a script prior to production to avoid unnecessary update costs for voiceovers and production revisions.

Please allow 3-5 business days for approval.
