PIR Support Facilitator

Location: Wagga Wagga and Griffith

Our Support Facilitators support people with severe and persistent mental illness through the development of an individual action plan using a recovery orientated approach. You will also be responsible for developing partnerships and networks that promote the coordination and integration of services to enhance outcomes for clients. To be suitable for this position applicants will have relevant qualifications and/or experience in a relevant discipline. A current drivers licence and willingness to travel is essential. Individuals with a lived experience of mental illness are encouraged to apply.     

Salary Package: $75,300 per annum, pro rata if part time (includes base salary, superannuation and full utilisation of salary packaging)

Multiple vacancies are available up to full time hours, this is a fixed term position until 30th June 2019
