Suicide Prevention Project Officer

In this position you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of LifeSpan and other suicide prevention activities within Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network.  This position will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met.

To be considered for this position you will possess a relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated knowledge and experience of one or more of the following; mental health service delivery, community development, care coordination, project management, change management, clinical redesign, implementation science. You will have demonstrated experience in working in a project team and a strong personal commitment to reducing the rate of suicide across the Murrumbidgee region.

Salary Package: $78,190 - $81,700 per annum pro rata (includes base salary, superannuation and full utilisation of salary packaging)

Community Engagement Officer - My Health Record

In this position you will be responsible for facilitating health system change by working closely with primary health care providers to promote the understanding and adoption of the Federal Government initiative - My Health Record (MyHR).  This position will engage and educate community members and healthcare professionals regarding the roll-out of the My Health Record opt-out system.

To be considered for this position you will possess a minimum of Diploma level qualifications and/or experience in one or more of the following; health, social welfare, community development, change management. You will have demonstrated experience in verbal communication and presentation skills and the ability to communicate information to a broad range of audiences.  Some experience in communications and marketing would be desirable.  

Salary Package: $78,190 - $81,700 per annum (includes base salary, superannuation and full utilisation of salary packaging)
