Partners in Recovery Support Facilitator – Temora
The role of the PIR Support Facilitator is to facilitate services and supports for individuals who are eligible for PIR services. The Support Facilitators primary role is to support each client to develop a PIR action plan based on their individual needs using a recovery oriented approach. The PIR Support Facilitator becomes the central contact for the client throughout the plan, whilst actively engaging additional services and supports to enhance recovery outcomes.
