Partners In Recovery Support Facilitator - Cootamundra

Our Support Facilitators support people with severe and persistent mental illness through the development of an individual action plan using a recovery orientated approach. You will also be responsible for developing partnerships and networks that promote the coordination and integration of services to enhance outcomes for clients.  To be suitable for this position applicants will have relevant qualifications and/or experience in a relevant discipline. A current drivers licence and willingness to travel is essential. Individuals with a lived experience of mental illness are encouraged to apply.

Salary Package: $76,607 per annum, (includes base salary, superannuation and full utilisation of salary packaging)

This is a full time, fixed term position until 30 June 2019.
